# Create a Zivver account

## Introduction

How to create a new Zivver account in the WebApp.

You might have received an invitation from your organization, but as a consumer, you can also create a free account.

## Create an account in the WebApp

01. Go to the [WebApp](https://app.zivver.com/).
02. Click **No Zivver account yet? - Sign up now**.
03. Enter your email address.
04. Verify that you are not a robot by clicking the checkbox.
05. Click Sign up.

_We will send you a confirmation email._
06. Open this email.
07. In your email, click the button Complete registration.

_A new screen opens._
08. Enter your name and password.
09. Confirm your password.
10. Accept the User Terms and Conditions, the Data Processing Agreement, and the Privacy and Cookie Statements.
11. Click Activate.
12. Click Continue.

_You are logged in immediately._

Secure your account with an additional log-in method (2FA) for sending messages.

## Create an account from an invitation mail

Do you use Outlook and the Zivver Office Plugin? Zivver recognizes the invitation email in your Outlook and automatically creates an account.
