View a Proof of Receipt report (WebApp)

The Proof of Receipt report is only available for messages received via Zivver.

Zivver generates a Proof of Receipt report for messages in the Zivver WebApp. The report is available as a PDF.

The Proof of Receipt report serves the following purposes:

• Inform the recipient about the receipt status of their (notification) message.
• Provide the recipient with detailed information about the delivery process of their message.

Procedure

1. Log in to the Zivver WebApp.
2. In the left panel, click a conversation.
3. In the top-right corner of the message, click the Actions button.

A drop-down menu opens. 4. Click Download proof of receipt. 5. Save the PDF file to your computer.
