# Using Labels

## Introduction

How do you create a label for your Zivver conversations in the Zivver WebApp? Labels help you keep conversations organized based on topic or importance.

## Creating labels

1. Open the [WebApp](https://app.zivver.com/).
2. Expand the **Labels** section if it’s not already expanded.
3. Click  **Create new label**.
4. Enter a value for **Name**.
5. Choose a color.
6. Click Save.

## Adding labels to conversations

1. Open the [WebApp](https://app.zivver.com/).
2. Go to the desired conversation.
3. Click  Add label.
4. Select the desired label(s).
5. Click  **Apply**.

_The label has been added to the conversation. You can add multiple labels to a conversation._

## Finding conversations with a specific label

1. Open the [WebApp](https://app.zivver.com/).
2. Expand the **Labels** section if it’s not already expanded.
3. Click the label for which you want to view conversations.

_All conversations with this label will be displayed._
