# Change Preferred Language in Zivver

## Introduction

How do you change the preferred language in the Zivver WebApp? The preferred language in your profile determines the language displayed in the WebApp.

Note  
Changing the preferred language does not affect the language used in the Zivver Office Plugin. The plugin follows the language set in Outlook.

## Changing the preferred language

The following two methods can be used to change your preferred language:

1. Via your profile picture.
2. Via the personal settings.

### Changing the preferred language via your profile picture

1. Log in to the [WebApp](https://app.zivver.com/).
2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Click **Profile settings**.
4. Under the **Language** menu, select your preferred language.
5. Click Save.

_Your preferred language has been updated._

### Changing the preferred language via my profile

1. Log in to the [WebApp](https://app.zivver.com/).
2. Click **My profile**.
3. Under the **Language** menu, select your preferred language.
4. Click Save.
