# Pin the Zivver Add-in Task Pane

## Introduction

If you frequently send or receive secure emails, pinning the Zivver task pane can save you time. This ensures that secure send options or message content are always readily available, without needing to reopen the add-in each time. Follow the steps below to pin the task pane in both the drafts and read view.

## Pin the Zivver add-in to your drafts view

If you regularly send secure emails, you may find it useful to pin the Zivver task pane to the side of your drafts view. This way, secure send options are always accessible.

To pin the task pane:

1. Click **New email** to create a new message.
2. Ensure the **Message** tab is selected.
3. Click the _grid_view_ **Apps** icon.
4. Click **Zivver**.

5. Click the _keep_ icon to pin the task pane to your drafts view.

## Pin the Zivver add-in to your read view

If you frequently receive secure emails, you may also want to pin the Zivver task pane in your read view. This allows you to quickly access the content of secure messages without extra steps.

To pin the task pane:

1. Click on a received message (it doesn’t have to be a secure message).
2. Click the _grid_view_ **Apps** icon*.
3. Click **Zivver**.

* Don’t see the Apps icon? Click _more_horiz_ **More options** in the top right corner of the message.
