# OWA Release Notes ## Introduction This document describes chronological changes introduced in the Zivver Outlook Web Access Add-in v6. The version numbers follow our internal version numbers, which are shared with our other clients. That’s why they show as 3.x.x. Please see the [upgrade manual](https://docs.zivver.com/en/admin/owa/update-to-v6.html) for more details on how to perform the upgrade to v6. ## 3.249.2-owa.6 *July 1st, 2026* - Fixed an issue where invalid "-" recipients could automatically and repeatedly be added to the CC field of an open message, which could cause sending to fail. - Fixed an issue where the notification bar could show an outdated warning after replying to a message. ## 3.249.0 *April 21st, 2026* - Added logic to be able to switch between the Zivver OWA add-in V6 and the upcoming Zivver OWA add-in V7, to be able to test the new version with a subset of users before rolling it out to the entire organization. ## 3.248.0 *March 20th, 2026* - Fixed an issue where replying or replying all to Zivver messages from a shared mailbox added the noreply@zivver.com address to the To field in New Outlook and Outlook on the web. - Fixed an issue where the Dutch add-in displayed client violation warnings in English. - Fixed an issue where the notification about changed recipients didn't disappear after changing the recipients back to the original recipients. ## 3.227.0 *August 19th, 2025* - Added improvements for changing the verification method for a participant in a conversation. - Added the option to send a message without encryption when the connection to the Zivver backend API is unavailable. - Added the option to reply only to the sender. - Added the function to show CC recipients of Zivver messages. - Fixed an issue with the Secure Send button for the French language. - Fixed an issue with the Revoke options for the French language. - Added support to reply to CC recipients in the CC (instead of in the To). - Fixed an issue where no notification was shown when the Zivver backend API auth endpoints are not accessible. - Added a notification and sending blockade when replying to or forwarding a secure message while the Zivver backend API is unavailable. - Fixed an issue where sending a message was stuck after the Recipient Verification setup window was closed without setting up a Recipient Verification. ## 3.223.2-patch.0 *August 4th, 2025* - When the Zivver backend API is not available, we will now show a notification to the user with an explanation of the issue. - Improved the verification cards. - Support the French language in the Zivver OWA add-in. - Corrected the text for the "Revoke now" button. - Fixed a visual issue where a background image was displayed outside of the assigned area for non-English languages. - Made some improvements in the background to make maintenance of the code easier. ## 3.219.0 *June 26th, 2025* - Added accessibility improvements to the Zivver OWA add-in. - Fixed an issue where attachments were not correctly removed from the Zivver Attachments when the attachments were removed from the OWA interface. - Cleaned up the code to improve performance and stability. - Fixed an issue where the revoke period was automatically set to the default when opening the revoke settings again after changing the revoke period. - Fixed an issue where logging in with SSO was not working for users where the UPN was not the same as the primary email address. - Fixed an issue where the attachments were placed at the end of the scrollbar in the Zivver Task Pane, requiring users to scroll down to see the attachments. ## 3.217.3-patch.0 *June 23rd, 2025* - Fixed an issue where a scheduled revocation was displayed as "will be revoked immediately" in the Zivver OWA add-in, even though the revocation was scheduled for a later time. - Fixed an issue where the Zivver side pane could become inaccessible after a timeout, resulting in users being unable to send messages both securely and unsecurely. - Fixed an issue where a "remove" button was displayed for inline images in the Zivver OWA add-in, even though inline images cannot be removed. ## 3.212.4-patch.0 *May 7th, 2025* - Fixed an issue where the default noreply@zivver.com recipient for replies to secure messages was not replaced with the original recipients of the conversation. - Added support for French notification messages. You can now select French as the recipient's language in the Zivver OWA add-in. - Fixed an issue where sending both regular and secure messages could be blocked due to a timeout error. ## 3.211.4 *April 25th, 2025* - Fixed an issue where exempted domains did not work if the recipient's email address contained uppercase letters. - Fixed an issue where capital letters in the email address of a recipient did not trigger the Recipient Verification dialog, but automatically applied the verification email as the verification method. - Implemented a workaround for a Microsoft issue ([GitHub Issue #5345](https://github.com/OfficeDev/office-js/issues/5345)) where certain secure reply/forward scenarios could result in incomplete messages. ## v3.198.4 *January 29th, 2025* - Fixed an issue where the Recipient Verification screen did not open if the recipient email address contained uppercase letters. - Fixed an issue where saving an empty access code was not highlighted. - Small improvements to our code. ## v3.195.0 *January 13th, 2025* - Fixed an issue where the some tooltip labels showed the definition of the label, instead of the value of the label. - Small improvement to our code. ## 3.194.0 *January 9th, 2025* - Fixed an issue where large whitespaces were displayed between line breaks for messages that were sent via the Zivver SMTP server. - Fixed an issue where a new account could not open messages received before there was an account. - Small improvement to our code. ## 3.193.0 *December 31st, 2024* - Small improvements in the code, to make the add-in more stable. - Fixed an issue where log events were sent to an incorrect URL. ## 3.189.2-patch.0 *December 6th, 2024* - Added a notification when attachments failed to upload to Zivver. - Fixed an issue where the recipients of an unsecured forwarded conversation were replaced by the recipients of the original conversation. - Fixed an issue where inline images were limited to a height of 24 pixels. - Fixed an issue where inline attachments were not being sent. - Fixed an issue where via.zivver.com recipients were not recognized as Zivver recipients. -
