# Exclude device from 2FA

If nobody else uses your computer, you can consider removing two-factor authentication (2FA) for the Zivver Office Plugin.

The steps below assume that you are not currently logged in to the Zivver Office Plugin. If you are logged in, you need to log out first.

1. In Outlook, click **Zivver** \> **Manage accounts**.

_**Manage your accounts** opens._
2. Next to the account name, click Log in.

_A new window opens._
3. _Optional_: Select **Remember my credentials for 30 days**.
4. Enter your password, then click Log in.

5. Select **Trust this device**.
6. Enter your authenticator or SMS code, then click Verify.

You are now logged in to the Zivver Office Plugin, and the device is excluded from 2FA. To remove this exclusion, follow the steps in [Remove automatic login](https://docs.zivver.com/en/user/webapp/references/remove-trusted-device.html).
