# Send a Zivver message to a colleague

How do you send a Zivver message to a colleague using the Zivver Office Plugin? This colleague also has a Zivver account.

## Procedure

1. In Outlook, open a new message.
2. Enter your colleague’s email address.
3. In the gray Zivver toolbar, set the **toggle** to **On**.

_The Zivver toolbar turns green to indicate that secure mailing is on . Identity verification is not necessary because your colleague also has a Zivver account._
4. Complete the message as usual, then click **Send**.

_Your mail client sends the message securely through Zivver. You can find the message in **Sent items**._
