# Save sent Zivver messages to a folder

## How to save sent Zivver messages to a different folder

By default, Outlook saves all sent messages in the **Sent items** folder of your email account. Sent Zivver messages are also stored in this folder by default. However, you can configure the Zivver Office Plugin to save sent Zivver messages in a different folder.

### Procedure

1. Open Outlook and click the **Zivver** tab in the top menu.
2. Click **Settings** _tune_.  
   _A new window will open._  
3. Under the **Add securely sent mail to the following folders:** section, click the add icon _add_circle_.  
   _A new window will open._  
4. Select the desired folder.
5. Click **OK** to confirm.
6. Click Close.

_Newly sent Zivver messages will now be saved in the selected folder._
