# Zivver Office Plugin v6.10.2 Release Notes

## Introduction

This document describes the changes introduced in this release of the Zivver Office Plugin.

## Release highlights

### Improvements

In this version of the plugin we have added some improvements. The most noticeable improvements and changes are listed below.

- ENG-14797 - Improved zivver.troubleshooter.log to correctly report the connection status.
- Made various security enhancements.
- Made various visual improvements.

### Bug fixes

- ENG-10132 - Human error warnings don’t trigger the send flow dialog in the Zivver Office Plugin.
- ENG-10343 - Sender is not able to select `saved access code` while resolving verification problems.
- ENG-13330 - PAMS - The Zivver attachment button may become active despite being disabled.
- ENG-13334 - The message body is not cleared when replying to or forwarding Zivver messages.

### Known issues

- IM-939/ENG-7382 - When using an MSG file to send Zivver messages, any attachments that are added to the MSG file are not added to the sent Zivver message.

**Workaround**: Add any attachments manually to the Zivver message.
- ENG-1777 - Wrap Of Long Text Altered In Zivver Messages That Include Images Or Tables.
- ENG-4498 - Different scaling on primary and secondary display leads to problems clicking on buttons.

**Workaround**: Under **File** \> **Options** \> **General** \> **User Interface options** select the option **Optimize for compatibility** and restart Outlook.

- ENG-7120 - Investigate the possibilities to prevent problems with the position of the Zivver toolbar.
- ENG-9454 - HTML based elements (like email signatures) render improperly in Zivver messages sent through PAMS.
- ENG-9875 - Zivver plugin uses RTF/TNEF encoding when sending from IMAP/SMTP accounts.
- ENG-11138 - Messages sent with Zivver disappear from Outlook.
- ENG-11498 - The Zivver bar is missing when using Outook template files consecutively.
- ENG-11778 - The second level of ordered indented lists is not correctly displayed.
- ENG-12103 - Opening a saved .msg file results in a warning.
- ENG-12716 - Outlook reverts to the default Office font and font size when replying to Zivver messages.
- ENG-13256 - Inline images disappear when forwarding Zivver message unsecurely.
- ENG-13662 - Error when opening .OFT file after saving draft email with active Zivver plugin.
