Zivver Office Plugin v5.0.3 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the changes introduced in Zivver Office Plugin release 5.0.3

This release is a hotfix version that resolves two critical issues that we introduced in the previous release.

fixed an intermittent issue which caused users to be unable to reply to a non-Zivver message.
fixed an intermittent issue which caused users to be unable to forward a non-Zivver message.

Adding attachments to an unencrypted copy of a sent/received message is done in the background.

If a message is archived before this process is finished, not all attachments might have been added to the unencrypted copy.

The workaround for this is to manually store an unencrypted copy. You can do this from within the Zivver conversation itself in Outlook.
