# Manually add a Zivver account

## Introduction

How do you manually add a Zivver account in the Office plug-in?

The Office plug-in checks which email addresses are active in Outlook. However, you may receive emails for an address that is not automatically recognized, for example an alias. You can manually add this email address to read and send Zivver messages.

## Procedure

01. In Outlook, click **Zivver**.
02. Click **Manage accounts**.

_A new window opens._
03. Click _add_circle_ **Add another account**.

_A new window opens._
04. Enter the email address of the account you want to add.
05. Click Next.
06. Select **Yes, I want to login**.
07. Click Log in.
08. Enter your password.
09. Click Log in.
10. Enter the 2FA code.
11. Click Verify.

The account is now added and logged in to the Zivver Outlook Plugin.
