# Install the Zivver Office Plugin

## Introduction

This document explains how to install the Zivver Office Plugin.

## Procedure

1. Download the plugin via [Download the Zivver Office Plugin](https://downloads.zivver.com/officeplugin/latest/zivver.officeplugin.exe).
2. Once the download is complete, double-click the file to start the installation.

_The installation program opens._
3. Click **Next**.

_A new screen opens where you can choose installation options._
4. _Optional_: Do you want to install Zivver in a different folder? You can change the location here.
5. Choose whether to install Zivver for yourself or for all users on this computer.
6. Click **Next** again.

_A confirmation screen opens._
7. Click **Next** again.

_The installation starts._
8. Click **Close** to close the installation program.

## Verify that the installation was successful

1. Open Outlook and go to the **Zivver** tab at the top left.
2. Click **About Zivver**.

_A new window opens: **About Zivver**. If the plugin is connected to Zivver, version numbers are displayed in this window._
