# Save or print a Zivver message

How to print a Zivver message or download a full Zivver conversation?

## Send a Zivver message to your own inbox

1. Open the Zivver message.

_Follow the steps in the notification email._  
2. In the message you want to save, click  Actions.  
3. Choose **Receive email copy of this message** to send a copy of the Zivver message to your regular email inbox.

   This option is unavailable with some email service providers.

_A pop-up window opens. It says that a connection security check is in progress._

_If [DANE](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6698) or [TLS](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3207) security is available, the connection process continues._

_If a secure connection is possible, a message shows. Also, the Send copy button becomes available._  
4. Press Send copy.

_You sent a copy of the message to your email address. The subject line and the message body of the copy show a clear mark that this was a Zivver message._

_If the attachments exceed a certain size, you get links to these attachments in the body of the copy email._

If you cannot securely send a copy of the Zivver message to your mail server, you get a prompt to [download](https://docs.zivver.com/en/guest/save-zivver-message.html#download-a-zivver-message) or [print](https://docs.zivver.com/en/guest/save-zivver-message.html#print-a-zivver-message) a copy of your message.

## Download a Zivver message

1. Open the Zivver message.

_Follow the steps in the notification email._  
2. In the message you want to save, click  Actions.  
3. Choose **Download message** to save a copy of the message on your local drive, in EML format.

_If you open this file, your email program usually saves it automatically._

## Print a Zivver message

1. Open the Zivver message.

_Follow the steps in the notification email._  
2. In the message you want to save, click  Actions.  
3. Choose **Print message** to print your message.

## Download a Zivver conversation

1. Open the Zivver message.

_Follow the steps in the notification email._  
2. Click the  icon in the Zivver bar.

_The print menu of your browser opens._  
3. Choose the destination **Save as PDF**, **Print to PDF** or similar.
4. Click **Save**.
5. Choose the location where you want to save the conversation.
