# Reply to a Zivver message

How do you reply to a Zivver message in the Zivver WebApp? You have received a Zivver message but do not have a Zivver user account.

Note  
It is _not_ necessary to create a Zivver account to reply to a Zivver message. Anyone who has received and [opened](https://docs.zivver.com/en/guest/open-zivver-message.html) a Zivver message can also reply to it.

1. [Open](https://docs.zivver.com/en/guest/open-zivver-message.html) the message you want to reply to.
2. Click  Reply.

_An editing window opens._  
3. Write your message.  
4. _Optional_: Add attachments using the  icon.  
5. _Optional_: Click the  icon to include the content of the original message in your reply.

_This is useful if you want to refer to the original message in your reply._  
6. Click Send.

Note  
You cannot select recipients if you do not have a Zivver account.
