# Use Zivver in a shared mailbox

How do you use Zivver with a shared mailbox?

## Answer

Administrators can create a functional account and grant users access to it.

As a user, you only need to log out and log in again. When you log in to Zivver with your own account, you will automatically be logged in to the functional account as well.
