# (Un)suspend an account

To suspend an active account or unsuspend a suspended account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the [Zivver WebApp](https://app.zivver.com/).
2. Click **Organization Settings**.
3. Expand **User administration**.
4. Click **Accounts**.
5. Click  Manage next to the account you want to (un)suspend.
6. Scroll down to **Moderation**.

_To suspend an account_: Click  Suspend account and confirm by clicking Suspend account.

_To unsuspend an account_: Click  Activate account and confirm by clicking Activate.
