# Inviting colleagues without SSO

## Introduction

This document explains how to invite a user to your organization without Single Sign-On (SSO).

These steps only work when Single Sign-On (SSO) is disabled and your organization does not create accounts via the Synctool.

## Invite a user

1. Log in to the [Zivver WebApp](https://app.zivver.com/) as an administrator.
2. In the bottom left, click **Organization Settings**.
3. Expand **User administration**.
4. Click **Accounts**.
5. Click  Invite.

_A new window opens._
6. Enter the details of the user.
7. _Optional_: Enter a personal message.
8. _Optional_: If you want to invite another user, select the checkbox **Invite another**.
9. Click Send invite.

_The user receives an e-mail with instructions to create a Zivver account and join your organization. If the recipient already has a Zivver account, the e-mail can be used to connect the user to the organization._
