Add trusted network
Add trusted network
Introduction
This document explains how to set up a trusted network.
Trusted networks can be used for one of three controls:
- Skip two-factor authentication (2FA) in these networks: This option is mainly used if the 2FA step is required earlier in the authentication process, e.g., when accessing the network.
- Block access outside these networks: Blocks all users from logging in to Zivver outside these networks.
- Block admin access outside these networks: Blocks administrators from accessing the organization settings outside these networks. This also disables the ‘Remember my credentials for 30 days’ option if it was selected during login.
Warning
If you select Skip two-factor authentication (2FA) in these networks, make sure that a 2FA step is present at another point in the authentication process. If you select Block access outside these networks or Block admin access outside these networks, make sure that you have added the correct IP addresses. Otherwise, you will lose access to Zivver or the organization settings.
