Overall overview of Zivver usage

The KPI's section provides an overall overview of Zivver usage in your organization.

This section is part of the Dashboard in the Zivver WebApp. It shows the following metrics for the selected period:

Accounts sending Zivver messages: The number of accounts that sent at least one Zivver message in the selected period. It is not expected that everyone in the organization sends secure messages regularly. Compare this metric to the number of people in your organization you actually expect to send sensitive information.

Note

For messages sent from a delegated account, the account that initiated sending the message is counted as the sender. This means that messages from functional accounts are not counted in this metric.

Potential data leaks prevented before sending: The number of messages that were sent securely after a business rule was triggered. This gives an indication of the amount of sensitive information shared within the organization.
Potential data leaks prevented after sending: The number of Zivver messages that were manually revoked by a user before they were read by any recipient.

Note

Scheduled revocations are not included.

Recommendations followed: The percentage of messages sent with Zivver after a business rule was triggered.

Note

This metric works only if logging non-Zivver messages is enabled for the organization. If logging is not enabled, the number shown is always 100%. Only messages sent from clients that can send and log both Zivver and non-Zivver messages (that is, users of the Zivver Office Plugin and the Zivver Outlook Web Access Add-in) are counted, and only from accounts that have opted in to log non-Zivver messages.

Recommended verification method usage: The percentage of Zivver message recipients secured with a verification method other than Verification Email.
Message open rate: The percentage of Zivver message recipients that have opened their message at least once.
