External Communication Templates

Introduction

Zivver administrators can customize the texts used by Zivver when sending secure messages. This allows texts for external communication to be personalized and aligned with your communication policy. These texts can be adjusted from the administrator panel.

For easier administration, Zivver provides several templates as a starting point. These templates include texts for:

• Introduction message
  only sent, if activated, with the very first secure message to this recipient
• Notification message
  sent when a new secure message is sent to this recipient (without a Zivver account)
• Your website
• Communication to your recipients
