# Create mail alias

## Prerequisites

You must have a claimed domain.

## Procedure

In the Zivver WebApp, you can add a mail alias to an existing account.

1. Open the [accounts page](https://app.zivver.com/admin/accounts) in the Zivver WebApp.
2. Click  Manage next to the account you want to add an alias to.
3. Scroll to **Mail aliases**.
4. Click  Add alias.
5. Enter the email address you want to add as an alias.
6. Click Add alias.

_The alias has now been added to the account._
