# Change password (administrator)

In the Zivver WebApp, an administrator can change the password for a user or another administrator.

You cannot change the password of a functional account because functional accounts do not have passwords.

To change the password of a user or administrator, follow these steps:

1. Open the [Accounts page](https://app.zivver.com/admin/accounts) in the Zivver WebApp.
2. Click  Manage next to the account for which you want to change the password.
3. Scroll down to Security and login.
4. Click  Change password.
5. Enter the new password, or use  Generate to generate a new password.
6. _Optional_: select **User must choose another password after the next login** to require the user to change their password at their next login.
7. Click Save.
