# Add user account or functional account

1. Open the [accounts page](https://app.zivver.com/admin/accounts) in the Zivver WebApp.
2. Add either a user account or a functional account.
   - To add a user account, click the  Add account.
   - For a functional account, refer to [Create functional account](https://docs.zivver.com/en/admin/webapp/references/create-functional-account.html).

The email address must belong to one of your claimed domains.
