Synctool will not start or run

Problem

When you open Synctool V2, the application does not start and the user interface does not load.

Cause

The correct version of the .NET Framework is not installed.

Solution

Install .NET Framework 4.8 or higher on the Windows Server.

Install the latest .NET Framework

Check which .NET versions are installed
