# Synctool logs there are X other error messages

The Synctool log files show the following message:

## Explanation

This message may appear in the synchronization log files after a manual or silent synchronization. It indicates that additional errors occurred that do not necessarily affect the synchronization, such as errors with the prefix `BadRequest`.

A detailed overview of these errors can be found in the `zivver_synctool_app.log` file located in the folder configured in the [log settings](https://docs.zivver.com/en/admin/synctool-v2/logs.html). This log file is created and updated automatically.

If the synchronization was performed manually in the Synctool interface, you can also find a breakdown of the errors there. The status bar may show **“Task completed successfully but with warnings.”** Clicking this message displays the errors and their underlying details.
