# JSON error at connection Synctool

When connecting the Zivver Synctool to your Zivver organization, you receive a JSON error.

The JSON error displays the beginning of the HTML page that the Synctool is trying to reach.

## Cause

The hostname is incorrect.

## Solution

1. Open the Zivver Synctool.
2. Select the profile you want to modify.
3. Go to **Target (Zivver)** > **Connection**.
4. Use the Default button to reset the hostname to `https://app.zivver.com/api/`.
