Synctool LDAP connection gives Error (407)

Attempts to connect the Zivver Synctool through LDAP result in the following error:

The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.

Cause

A proxy server is blocking the Synctool.

Solution

1. Go to Profile > Network Proxy.
2. Check Enable Proxy.
3. Fill in the proxy details.
