# Cannot log in automatically through SSO with virtual machine

Attempts to automatically log in through single sign-on (SSO) fail.

## Cause

This happens because the virtual machine installs two virtual network adapters.

**Example**

VMware Workstation 12 Pro installs two virtual network adapters.

- VMnet1: Host-only adapter with no outside connections.
- VMnet8: Adapter with active NAT configuration (IP forwarding and mapping).

## Solution

Disable the network adapter with the NAT configuration.
