Zivver Office Plugin Settings

Configure and deploy additional settings for the Zivver Office plugin via GPO.

Load Behavior

Settings to determine the activation and load behavior of the Office plugin within Outlook.

LoadBehavior

The LoadBehavior setting determines whether the plugin is active or not in Outlook.

AddinList

The AddinList setting determines if the plugin can be disabled or not by users themselves.

DoNotDisableAddinList

This setting will prevent Outlook from automatically disabling the plugin in case of a delay.

Set the plugin load behavior

The LoadBehavior registry value determines whether the plugin is loaded or not when Outlook starts. After installing the plugin, the LoadBehavior value is set to 3 by default (see below).

LoadBehavior Values

Please note that if you set the LoadBehavior value at the system level, it supersedes any LoadBehavior value set at the user level.

If you set this setting to 'Not configured', the default option will be used. Any existing registry values will not be altered.

Prevent users from disabling the plugin in Outlook 2013/2016/2019

The AddinList setting ensures that the plugin cannot be disabled by users.

Resiliency Settings

Resiliency settings are supported in Outlook 2013 and newer.

Automatically add existing SSO accounts in the plugin

This policy setting will automatically add users' existing Zivver accounts to the "Account management" pane in the plugin.

Enable this policy setting to ensure that existing user accounts are automatically added.

Extend active session duration

This policy setting extends the duration a user stays logged in to the Office plugin. By default, the session duration is 12 hours.

Automatically log in users via SSO

This policy setting will log in users automatically with their Zivver accounts via Single Sign-On.
